Who am I
I was born and raised in Milwaukee. The youngest of 3 children who all attended St. Marcus Lutheran Church. Following my older brother I attended Northwestern Prep in Watertown (www.lps.wels.net ).
I spent 7 incredible years in Watertown, WI. After finishing undergrad in New Ulm, MN I received my Masters from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in Mequon, WI (www.wls.wels.net).
I spent 3 years (2000-2003) in New York with a fellow graduate, Steven Gabb, establishing Sure Foundation Lutheran Church.
From 2003-2010 I served as a teacher and coach at St. Croix Lutheran High School in West St. Paul. During those years I have served the Lord in the Twin Cities as a guest preacher for WELS/ELS churches in our area.
From 2010-2015 I served as a religion instructor at Wisconsin Lutheran High School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. While I was there I also coached in the Girl's basketball program. I became head coach and served as Campus Pastor from 2013-2015.
From 201-2021 I served the people and community of Fairview Lutheran Church in Milwaukee, WI as the Pastor. During my time there I served on the board of Northside Lutheran Ministries.
I also served as Director of Discipleship of Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School from 2019-2021.
Currently, I am a Professor of English and Cultural Diversity Coordinator at Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN.
